Chocolate Extravaganza

Frequently Asked Questions

What is a Chocolate Extravaganza Passport?

The Chocolate Extravaganza Passport is the reason for the entire Chocolate Extravaganza! We LOVE chocolate (who doesn’t?). Hannibal’s downtown small businesses created this fabulous Passport with tickets to redeem for special chocolate sweets and treats,  Chocolate-decadent-themed retail items, and more. The passport serves as your guide to a day of indulgence and relaxation in the heart of historic downtown Hannibal.

Passports available for purchase include Standard Passport- 5 tickets, Experience Passport- 10 tickets, Master Passport- 20 tickets.

Do I need a passport to come to downtown Hannibal that weekend?

Absolutely not! There are plenty of attractions, sites, parks, restaurants, stores, and things to enjoy in Hannibal every day whether you purchase a passport or not.

How much does the passport cost? Is it worth it?

The breakdown of tickets for cost is 5 tickets for $30, 10 tickets for $60, or 20 for $120.

We require that each item in the passport (for which you redeem one ticket) is worth a minimum of $7.00 retail. However, you will see that many items are worth more than $7. You very well could spend $30 on your passport and receive $50-$60+ of retail/food products.

Can I purchase a passport in advance in person?

Passports will become available for in-person sales during the event (see pick-up location and dates and hours below).
