Highlights:

~ GGG In-Store Events: Help us create a fun-filled weekend for the ladies! The purpose of this event is to create activities and functions that keep the ladies in our stores all weekend long. Events can be as simple as samplings, demonstrations, or live music. If you really want to get creative, consider offering a class or tutorial. Your events can really get them in your door for the weekend.

~We will be selling GGG Shopper's Survival Totes again this year for $20. They will be for sale ahead of time online and that weekend at the GGG Headquarters. The coupons to your businesses that weekend are available only with the purchase of the tote.

~T-Shirts will be available at cost to you and your staff (please indicate details on participation form). We will be doing pink and black shirts again this year. They will be available for sale to the public online and a limited amount will be available at the HQ that weekend.

~Receipt Redemption Gift Basket Drawing: to enter the drawing, participants must bring receipts for any purchase greater than $5 from any downtown merchant to the HQ for an entry for the drawing. Each receipt gets them 1 entry into the drawing. The more places they shop, the more chances they have to win! Be prepared to give out receipts for purchases that weekend! Please consider making a donation to the gift basket!

~The GGG Guide Book: We will be selling ads to both HHMC members and other community businesses. Ads will be sold at a reduced rate to HHMC members. Look for information about your business listing and advertising opportunities in the Participation Form.

- Party Pass Cups....the weekend long non-pub crawl alternative to the pub crawl!

The Party Pass Cups will be available for sale ahead of time online and at the GGG Headquarters that weekend. Cups purchased online will be picked up that weekend at the HQ.  The cups are a 12oz clear, fun collectible with the GGG logo printed on them.

Each cup will come with a card listing the participating businesses and the drink specials or discounts offered.  This card is not a coupon to be cut out and turned in, just by having the cup your staff shall give them the discount or special price for specified drinks.

Cup holders can use the cups all weekend and go place to place choosing what to drink and where! You guys get to choose what your specials are, set your own price, sell your own drinks, and are able to offer different specials for different times if you want or multiple specials!

The discounts do not need to be huge, even if it's just 25 or 50 cents off of a drink, as long as the special seems catered to them and feels like they're getting a deal. I would suggest just putting special prices on special drinks, and not doing a traditional discount of $x off of ______.  For example, if you sell a Cosmopolitan for $5.50, maybe offer Cosmopolitans for $5.00. Try to cater your drink specials to the ladies, like a pink cocktail, a fun girlie brand of wine, or a special on Lime-a-Ritas or other wine cooler type of drinks! 

Make sure your staff is informed of your drink specials and discounts for the Party Pass Cups.
