The Historic Hannibal Marketing Council is a cooperative marketing organization whose mission is to promote the economic prosperity of its members through the following means:
Membership dues are billed annually. Dues contribute to HHMC projects such as sponsored events, beautification funds, and more.
The Board of Directors meets every third Tuesday at 5:15pm at The Mark Twain Museum - all members are welcome to attend. General membership meetings occur quarterly at a to be determined location.
Welcome to the Historic Hannibal Marketing Councils's website. Our non-profit organization runs festivals in historic downtown Hannibal, such as the Chocolate Extravaganza, Great Girlfriend Getaway, Twain on Main, and Victorian Festival of Christmas.
